Different converters - different details

The first stack was obtained using RAW-in-DNG, the second was first converted to set of tiffs in LightRoom with lens correction (elimination of distortion and chromatic aberration), and then Helicon stacked the tiffs. It is clear that the second method gives a slightly more detailed picture, and at the same time differs in color and shape. I would like to hear the developer's comment.

(The color space of shooting and conversion is the same (Adobe)).

Apply your corrections to one of your raw files and export it as DNG from Lightroom.
Then open the Adobe DNG Converter and use it to convert the same file to .dng.

Then open both .dng files in Lightroom and in Helicon Focus. Are they identical, or is there a difference in the colors?
