I have Helicon Focus using a Nikon D810 on Windows 7 pc and we need to update the to Win 11 what do I need to do just install the latest version? is the configuration and settings compatible or would I need to redo the config/settings?

Yes, just install the latest version, but note down which versions you have currently. Or, if you transferring your existing data, you can just keep the current program files, you are not required to update. The settings are compatible between versions, unless you'r upgrading from a very old version of Helicon Focus, then some might be lost/reset to default.
