Hello, I am a first timer with Helicon Focus and could sure use some help. I just purchased the HF Premium Lifetime license. I received the confirmation email with the activation code. I went to the Helicon web site to download the program and started the .exe download for the latest version, HF 9 Beta. The .exe download got about halfway through then stopped at this point, HeliconFocus9.exe, 0 B/s-72.3 MB of 165 MB. I tried again with the same result then tried to download HF8 with similar results, download stopped about halfway through.

I am using Lightroom Classic, desktop, current version. I have a new computer that I purchased just for photo work, processing, etc. I did not have LRC open when I tried the downloads. Nothing else was running on the computer when I tried to download HF.

Does anyone have any idea what the issue may be so that I can get the HF to download on my computer? Thank you.

Update
I tried to download a few more times throughout the day when suddenly it completely downloaded. Each time I tried it went a bit farther than the prior try. Don't know exactly how it finally worked but it did. I'll take the win whenever I can! Can't wait to try out this amazing tool. Thank you
