Hi I just purchased the Helicon Remote software.

I have connected the A7R5 to both a Windows PC and my Iphone IOS and both reort connection to the camera but LIVE VIEW is OFF.

I selected Remote Shooting for the USB Connections. Any idea what this could be?

Please send a bug report from the Windows version in this state: menu - Help - Report a bug. Do it about 20-30 seconds after connecting the camera, and do not press anything in Helicon Remote or on the Camera. Just wait, and send the report if live view doesn't come on.
