Software will not register with new registration

Yesterday I purchased a 1 year license. I entered the Key I received and I get the following message:
Key generation failed. You do not have a license for this product.
I tried doing the offline registration option, went online, generated a key, went offline, copy/paste key and get the message that the key is damaged or copied incorrectly.
What now?
