Can anyone give me advice on how to improve the sharpness of this or similar images?

I'm using about 30 images in a stack, f11, method B, radius 8, smoothing 4, precise focusing increments.

Starting from version 4.75 the program has Depth map feathering option in the Preferences. Set it to 0 and use Lanczos interpolation. And compare results.
