Helicon Soft Forum

Opened Helicon Focus on my Mac. Received a notice about an update. Tried to install. Dragged icon into the Apps folder on desktop rather than apps folder in the install window. Nothing happened. Am now unable to open Helicon Focus. Restarted OSX, no help.

Would you please point me to a reinstall/reset process.

Believe the update has now succeeded. I can start Helicon Focus. I have version 4.2.1 (1804). Please confirm that update has been installed.
