Hello all,

I believe I'm not the only one here who's having problem with Helicon Remote after up date to 2012w version. I had Helicon Focus Pro (Advance Version) registered and worked just fine when the software informed me there was an update for D700 with some bugs fixed, I went a head and up date to the newer version but Helicon Remote completely stopped working after that . I tried uninstall and reintalled to the older version couple times but I could not get it working again. I'm using Windows 7 - 64 bits. I'm wondering if is there anyone out there has the same problem as I do and what you did to get this fixed. Please help!!!

Please download Helicon Focus from our site again. We updated the installation without changing its number.

Stas, I followed your instruction and downloaded the Helicon Focus again from your site. Finally, Helicon Remote connected to my D700. However, Live View, Take Picture and Fast Preview buttons are not functioning at all! Any idea???

One more thing I'd like to mention is Helicon Remote seems only recognize the camera when I first boot up the windows. If somehow you need to turn off the camera or disconnect the USB cable from the PC, Helicon Remote will not regcon the camera and will not work. I don't know what happens here but it seems like there quite some bugs you guys need to fix in 2012W.

I think we spotted the bug with D700 and we are preparing new version now. We plan to publish it within few days.

I was so excited as I saw email from Helicon support this morning. I downloaded and tested your latest version out. It looked like you guys spotted the bugs and fixed it good. Thank you and your support team so much. I'll continue to test it and will let you know if there's anything wrong.
