Helicon Focus has stopped working

I just installed the newest update, and now the program stops with a message "Helicon Focus has stopped working." It's always worked fine before. Win7 64 bit.

When does it happen? Even if you are trying to process demo images (Helicon Focus menu/File/Demo ?) If not, can you send us one of the images that cause such errors?
