When I try to retouch tiff files converted from pentax 645d images, Helicon Focus stops working and I get the error message "Internal error. Access violation at address 10019e15 in module 'focus.dll'. Read of address 3913D0FE".

My guess is that this error is due to the size of the 645d file, which is approximately 7200x5400 pixels. I do not get this error when retouching sony a900 files converted to tiff. Can you please help?

Yes, this is due to the size. We are able to reprouce this error and we will do our best to override it. Hopefully it will be fixed in the coming version.
