Hi,

I am evaluating Helicon Remote with my Canon 450D. The camera is properly detected and I am able to use LiveView.

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the focus by using the focus control buttons. I am following the help page http://www.heliconsoft.com/focus/help/e ... emote.html

Verified with Canon's EOS Utility that it is possible to use LiveView and computer program controlled focus changing with this camera model. What could be wrong trying to do this with Helicon Remote? I am using the latest Helicon Focus in test mode with Helicon Remote 2.2.2.1.

We tested this camera internally and found no problem then. Try to set big steps in the preferences. Some lens may ignore small steps at all. We will be able to test this camera again in a week or so. Till then you can send us a bug report from Helicon Remote (menu\Help) after making several steps.
