After several attempts to install latest version (using Windows Vista), get the following:

Message: Runtime error 216 at 00B03C1A.
Followed by another : The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click OK to terminiate the program.

Uninstalled/reinstalled software three times without success. Hopefully an easy fix? Reinstalled v5.1.29 without issue.

Thanks for the prompt reply. Downloaded the new version using the link you point me to, same error messages though. Before uninstalling, perhaps a few basic checks you might suggest I make?

No idea so far. We test the program with many OS versions and never had such a problem. We will send you a test version in a few days to locate the bug if we are not able to reproduce it in office.

Okay, sure, I can still work with the prior version for the short term. Thanks.
