adding images

Suddenly I am getting the message "invalid image format...." when I try to add images from my card reader. What is the remedy?
We would need this file for tests. You can upoad it to our ftp server:
http://www.heliconsoft.com/ftp.html
One more thing: check that that date of the file is correct.
