Hi Stas:

I downloaded your software for Helicon Remote. The problem I am having is that if I use the zoom tool to focus on one point (nearest or farthest), I can't seem to make it zoom out so that I can focus on the other point. What do I do? I am using a Nikon D300.

We will try to reproduce and fix this bug. Do you have Windows or Mac version? The best way is to make zoom in, zoom out and then Report a bug from Helicon Remote\Menu\Help.

Stas:

I am using your software on a Mac Pro. Can you tell me if there is an up to date set of instructions for the use of the Helicon Remote. I have an old set which is probably out of date. This might contribute to the problem.

The help file can be called from Helicon Remote menu\Help. We are preparing video tutorial now which will be available online from our site soon. Simply clicking on Live View should zoom you in and clicking again should zoom you out. If this is not so, it is a bug. We can't reproduce this problem so far.
