Lens is not moving

I tried Helicon Remote on a Macbook pro (OSX Lion) with a Nikon D300 and a 17-55mm F2.8 G lens. The lens is NOT moving while i'am pushing the focus buttons Also I can't define a focus point, not A or B because lens is not focusing. USB is PTP. Tried different cable's etc...
Help please....

Please send us bug report (Menu\Help\Report a bug) after trying to move focus.

Got it working. After I tried the 8th USB cable I have the right one. Everything is working now with remote for OSX Lion.
I want to buy the full version of both programs for MAC. I can I do that, so I have no limits anymore for remote and focus.

It is very strange that only focusing functionality was affected by the cable. Can you reproduce this error by using old cable again?
