Sorry, your camera is not supported by Helicon Remote. Only DSLR line of cameras provides remote live view and remote focusing which is absolutely necessary for automated focus bracketing.

I have the same problem with my EOS T2i, and this error message in Helicon Remote v. 2.3.10.
After reset to Helicon Focus v. 5.2.9 X64 my camera is working again.
Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?

Please connect the camera, then run Helicon Remote, then go to "menu\Help\Report a bug" and send us a notice from there. This will give us more inforamation.
