Afternoon-
I am using an Acer Iconia A500 tablet with a Nikon D7000 dslr.

Last week, the Helicon App on the Acer kept crashing, and the only fix that seemed to work was uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. I did so, and it started working again.

Unfortunately, I can't seem to choose an image size any larger than "small." It will not let me select medium, large, RAW, or anything else.

It is almost like it is a trial version again, but I seem to recall purchasing the app originally? And when I redownload the app, it notes that I have purchased it at an earlier date.

Any suggestions?

here too => only small size accessible ! tried with a 5DMKII + Galaxy 10.1 64Gb ... unfortunately, it's not compatible with galaxy note !

We are preparing update where this issue is addressed. As to Note, we plan to make the program fit into devices with smaller resolution. But USB host is a must!

Thanks for the update. I have officially downloaded ALL possible Nikon remote control Android Apps- and yours is the best by such a wide margin that it isn't even funny.
