Can't shoot RAW with D90 and Acer A500

When I first installed it and tried it out it worked fine and was shooting RAW into the tablet. Today when I used it it wouldn't let me shoot raw but instead I was locked in the smallest worst quality. When I click the image quality and select RAW or any of the other Raw options it blinks and goes back to small+basic jpeg
