I use Helicon Remote with Canon 100mm f/2.8 on EOS 5D II. Typical focus range is 150...600mm. Stack of 20 IMGs is created OK but Helicon Focus 5 rejects stack IMGs where scaling has changed end-to-end. How do I overcome this?

Please upload the stack to our server (as described at http://www.heliconsoft.com/ftp.html). The problem might be that Helicon Focus is not able to align images properly, we need to experiment with the stack.
