Helicon Soft Forum

These CR2 files load into Helicon Focus OK on my Macbook Pro. I have an iMac with exactly the same software installed the files are rejected as 'Invalid Files'. Tried resetting the time & date, re-installing etc to no avail. Why does Helicon Focus work on one machine and not the other?
