I have just downloaded and purchased the Pro License, but am not able to save RAW images to cameras SD Card.
I have D300s Nikon and samsung galaxy tab p750,

Hello,
It seems like you were taking stack with 15 focus step distance between A and B points, which is very small. Camera was moving focus by the distance of only 1 step between shots. It could well be that you didn't notice those tiny steps. Camera didn't report any errors, which it should have if it hadn't move focus at all.
Try moving focus with big steps ( <<< and >>> buttons), and use automatic mode to calculate the best number of shots.
