Helicon Soft Forum

When I use Helicon Remote the image resolution keeps defaulting to S so that the final image is only 700Kb or similar in size which is a disadvantage when printing. I normally shoot in L (Canon 500D) giving a file size of +5Mb. How can I make the software shoot at the higher resolution? Thanks
