Helicon Remote Install

I am using a nikon D7000 with 105 macro and am trying to install Helicon Remote on my laptop but all the controls are greyed out. All connections are good, the controller was flashing, but the install never gets me to the spot where you actually install the drivers etc. Any suggestions?

Please send a bug report (Help->Report a bug) if you can. If you can't (interface is unresponsive) - try killing HeliconRemote.exe process and restarting Remote, it should offer you to send a bug report.
But first of all, please check that the rail is powered up. If it is - see if disconnecting it from USB helps.
What operating system is your laptop running?
