is there a way to view photos within Helicon right after taking the photo? using a Nikon D300 with a Galaxy Tab 2, 10inch.

Is there a way to save the preview as the final image

Preview is an image that's not saved anywhere, due to which it can be displayed slightly faster than a regular shot. Additionally, by default it's made in low resolution (small instead of large). It's meant for inspecting the scene composition and camera settings. If preview looks satisfactory, just dismiss it and press "Take shot" to save a final quality image.
