Focus stack works well with jpgs. But if I take canon raw file I get a small picture with 120x160 pix.
Raw file info of origin file is under windows 5184x3456 px. Under helicon focus file info says only 120x160 pix. So the stack is after processing only 120x160 pix. Where is the problem?

It means that the program uses thumbnail from the RAW file instead of the full data. Try to use different RAW converter in the Preferences of Helicon Focus. Please make sure that WIC support is disabled for RAW files. If this does not help please send your RAW file to our ftp server as described at http://www.heliconsoft.com/ftp-server/

after deactivated the WIC support for canon raw in the preferences it works. I hope that ist the right way...
