System requirements for Helicon Remote

What are the computer requirements to run Helicon Remote? I am currently trying to evaluate your software in the light of my likely usage. As such I have installed Helicon Focus on my main computer (heavy duty, large, heavy laptop). I have been trying to install Helicon Remote on what I intend to be my field computer (netbook). I get an error message "Graphics card does not support requested feature"; and gives me the option to download a previous version for compatibility. The program downloaded on accepting this option is Helicon Focus, not Remote (v5.3.3).

That Focus is bundled with Remote.
If you send us a bug report from that notebook, we will check whether its graphics card is really that old, or whether it's just lacking video driver.

I have just submitted a bug report from that other computer as requested.

You have resolved my query as far as it relates to my netbook - that the machine is old enough that I can only use Remote if I use an old version. My original question was "what are the computer requirements for Helicon Remote". I have been looking at alternative ways of setting up my field equipment, and looked at the Android version of the software. This reported "this app is not compatible with any of your devices" and then listed the devices. While this and the previous error message on the netbook told me that I cannot use your software, nowhere has there been the information as to what non camera equipment I need to run your software.

Could you therefore please tell me what are the hardware and software requirements to run the latest version of your software on an Android device, or on a lightweight netbook or tablet?

OpenGL 2.1 support is required to run Remote on Windows (virtually any modern graphics adapter supports that). As for Android, USB host is requirement (it seems that none of your devices have it), but it's a bit tricky because many devices that have USB host have Android build with limited USB support. Such devices will detect USB keyboards / mice etc., but not cameras.

Thanks for that info. It both illustrates why I am having problems and enables me to move forward substantially.
