I am confused as to the difference between the Pro and Premium licenses. Is it that with Pro, you only get the unlicensed version of Remote and therefore cannot save in RAW format while in Premium you get the licensed version of Remote?

I want to be able to use my Android tablet to save in RAW and then use Focus to stack the images. And I want the stacked image back in RAW or DNG format. Do I need Premium to do that?

Yes, you need Helicon Focus Premium license.
