Issues getting blur free stacks in X64

Hi there I have been using Canon 5D and a Stackshot to take about 15 images of small scientific specimens (about 10mm deep) to then produce Helicon images for scientific publications. When we process the images using a 32 bit version of Helicon (on a computer running Windows7) we get fantastic crisp images using the default setting but when when I tried the same using the defaults on two different 64 bit computers running Windows7 we got identical severe feathering at the edges. What are we doing wrong? Even tried the new beta and got exactly the same issue (see image).

Please upload the stack to our server (as described at http://www.heliconsoft.com/ftp-server/) so we can analyze it. 32 bit and 64 bit versions should behave identically.

Thanks Stas - Great support. Have uploaded stack as well as 32 and 64 bit images to a file with my name on it.

Thanks for the stack. It looks like we fixed this alignment issue and we are going to publish new version in the coming days.
