Internal Error

Hello,
I'm using HeliconFocus Lite and yesterday I updated to version 5.3.14.
Since that I'm in the problems : each five or 6 jobs I'm getting the message " Internal error! Access violation at address 00405CD4 in module "HeliconFocus.exe". Read of address 000020F9 "
I did a search on the web and it seems the 00405CD4 has something to see with my license number. Though I have a 'legal' license number, expiring in 68 days.
Could you tell me what's the problem and how to solve it ?
Thanks in advance,
Pierre

Pierre,

What OS version do you have? Please try this version of Helicon Focus:

Hello Stas,

I'm using Windows XP sp3 but I think I know why I got this error. Since I made empty the directory where the files to be stacked are, I don't have this problem any more.
There were more than 700 files remaining in this directory...
Is HeliconSoft not able to work with that ?

No, that should not be a problem. Can you replicate the problem? If you add those files back, will the problem appear again?

I in the meantime did other tests and it seems the problem is still there, even with 200 files... If I shut down and start the program again, problem is still there. If I make the directory empty, it is working again...
Coulkd it be something happens when not using the program when it is open ?
Strange !

Hello,
In fact, I don't need to make empty the directory.
Problem still happens when the program is open and I don't use it for long minutes.
Yet the problem 2 times today and the last time, I was not using it for 1 hour.
Closing it and opening it again solves the problem.

Hope it can help to solve it as soon as possible (because I often use this program, quite every day).

Thanks in advance,
Pierre
