license issue

Hello,
I bought a license and used it on my HTC one and nexus 7,
The HTC one does not support the cable, plus I formatted my nexus 7 and then tried to register the helicon again but refused to, it says "can't be registered for more than 2 devices" , would you please guys unregister my devices so I can register it again on my nexus 7.
