Dear, I am user of all software Helicon, and I think all incredible! However, acquired a mobile BLU LIFE PLAY (http://bluproducts.com/images/sgpdf/lifeplay.pdf) with android 4.2 and USB OTG, and can not communicate with my Nikon D5100. Could you help me somehow??

Is there a pop-up message when you connect the camera and turn it on? if not - then the problem is obviously not with our app but with the phone or Android configuration. Try connecting a USB mouse instead of the camera, does a cursor appear on the screen?
