Mavericks and WB

Hi,

I just upgraded one of my Macs, an new 27" iMac with 32 gig of ram, to Mavericks. I downloaded the latest version of Helicon Focus. All seems well except the White Balance only allows for standard selections. If I go to K and try to set it by a number the number drop down does not activate. Therefore, no ability to select a specific K number.

I will be checking the Focus and Remote apps on Mavericks before I update my laptop to the new versions of Helicon software just in case. Still on OSX 10.6.8 on that computer.

I have also noticed a loss of the focus indicator while using any version of Helicon Focus in Mavericks...

We don't support Mavericks at the moment, there are numerous issues. I suggest you don't update just yet if you use our software a lot.

Yup, I am keeping the laptop on 10.6.8 until you support it.

Thx

Actually, since upgrading to Mavericks on my Macbook Pro (2.7 GHz Intel core i7, 16Gb RAM), I have been able to get Helicon Remote to work most of the time with my D800. Previously, I had given up on it and was using my D4. The problem was losing communication between camera and Mac after a few shots (Remote showed "No camera found"). This happens much less often now. Before you ask, both the camera and Mac are on mains power and Mac disk power saving options are off.

On the other hand, setting Remote to save images only to the camera causes Remote to hang after the first shot. Also, filenames automatically generated by Focus for saving the rendered image only work when Focus is used stand-alone, not when it is called by Remote.

Please reproduce the hang when only saving to the camera and send us a bug report.
