Hi
I have been stumbling along with Helicon using flash ETTL which worked OK, still a hugh learning curve. I recently purchased a macro flash which only works on Manual. This does not seem to work with Helicon. Is it something I am doing wrong or is this the case as I have to accept it.

Re: Manual flash as opposed to ETTL
I am not sure the following would help you. There is known problem with non-Canon flashes when making focus bracketing.
To make those flashes work, one need to disable LiveView during shooting (Preferences -> Shooting -> Activate live view when taking a shot -> No). Please let us know if this helps.
