I am using a Nikon D800. I am tethered to a MacBookPro. For some odd reason, when using Remote to capture a stack, my studio connected strobes will not fire. I turned-off live View and manually fired the camera; then the strobe were triggered. If I use Remote to automatically capture the stacked images, the strobe does not fire. How do I use strobes to capture a stack in Remote, instead of available light?

Do the strobes work if you disconnect the camera from USB, activate live view and then take a shot?
