Hi

I've been using Helicon for a while now, but I've just started using it for Running RAW images.

Does it always create a .jpeg file - or can I set it so that I get a RAW image after the run?

RAW files are only created by the camera. After postprocessing the best you can do is to save in lossless 16 bit per channel TIFF format.
