I am using Canon 5d MII with Profoto D1500 system. I use Profoto Air Remote hardware without any problem when I take photo on my studio. I want to use Helicon Remote and I downloaded trial version. I setup all the system and connect to Helicon Remote software with my camera. But I can not take any photo with using Profoto Air remote. When my Canon camera shoted, the flash system could not work. I can shot photos without using flash system. But I have to use Profoto system.

Is there any solution in this situation?

Open Helicon Remote preferences -> Shooting and set "Activate live view when taking a shot" to "No". Other than, we have no knowledge of the Profoto system so can't give any better advice.
