If I had multiple Canon Rebel T3 cameras, and connect both to either a Windows machine, or perhaps a Android based Chromebook, could I use Helicon Remote to control both of them?
For example, could I set up separate storage folders for each camera, and then trigger them both to take a picture at the same time?
Or, would I need a separate computer for each camera...

We don't support multiple cameras at this point. You can run 2 instances of Remote and connect them to 2 different cameras, but these 2 instances will share the same settings, for example (you won't be able to configure them differently).
