try to stack 91 folders with dng files in HF 6.2.2 but only 83 or less are stacked. Every Folder has 3 or more dng files in it.
tried it more than ones.
In HF 5.3 with the same files it works with no problem.

Installed the the Adobe DNG Codec 2.0 for DNG stacking and Microsoft Camera Code Pack 3.6 for CR2 Stacking.
Since then HF 6.2. stacks all folders.

Problem with the black bars on the side still there...

Is the Canon codec still only for 32bi systems or is there a new one which works with HF 64 bit?

Yes, it looks like Canon is still not able to release 64 bit version of its codec.
