Hi,

I downloaded demo version of helicon focus 4.03 and tried to merge 9 images and output was amazing. I purchased 1 year license (lite) and tried same images, I get shift in the output after third image...

what could possiblely going wrong ?

Go to the preferences and change how much the program can try to align the images. And also try the smoothing and radius parameter sliders and see if that changes anything.

Registration has no effect on stacking algoritm, at least I think so
make sure you do not include previous result image into source sequence.

That was the problem. One of previous window with resultant image was hidding some where. I'm able to use without any issues.
