Purchase email

I've sent email on Monday and Wednesday of this week but received no reply. I'll try here and hope for a resolution ASAP.
On Monday I bought a 1 year license for Focus Pro but didn't receive a Helicon purchase email with activation code. I've checked my spam folder.
