Helicon Soft Forum

Hi,

We're trying to setup a system with a Samsung S3 neo and a Canon 1200d.
They don't seem to connect at all. Other devices (Galaxy tab 4 and Asus memopad 7) work fine.

Is the Samsung S3 neo phone not compatible? Is there a list of compatible phones?

Best regards,

Paul Visser

There is no such list. Refer here to find out what the problem is: http://www.heliconsoft.com/faq-helicon- ... t_detected
