800 slice stack

Here is a stack that I have just made with HF Lite 6. It was 800 slices, each about 0.02mm apart with the sample on a scanner arm. It has gone quite well. The white petals have gone a bit weird, but the green parts are good.

Nice image. The background has artefacts, this might be due to the fact that lighting changes during shooting period. Please make sure that brghtness compensation is enabled in Autoadjustment settings. I would also tried method C if the lighting conditions are too variable.
