I bought Helicon focus today and so far I have not been able to register it.

Online from within software doesn't work, Offline registration cant log into help desk as it says "Wrong activation code.
The code is case sensitive, copy and paste the code to avoid typing errors."

So I thought maybe something wrong with the email they sent me so clicked forgot activation code and it says "Unknown email. Please try again."

when i copy and paste i start and the end of the text or numbers and drag back to the left.
so i drag backwards not forward, i noticed that helps so it doesnt not copy>BLANK Spaces
which can give you a error the code is not correct
