Helicon 3D viewer

Hi,
I recently (less than 2 months ago) bought Helicon Focus and Helicon 3D Viewer. Everything works perfectly except for one thing.
When I export my work in 3D Model from Helicon Focus the 3D model appears and works, so far so good.
However, when I try to save as ALS_SAVE_VIDEO something wrong is happening.
The window asking me to save on my computer appears, then the «Saving video» gets in progress. So far so good.
But if I ask to open the video, nothing happens. The file is nowhere to be found on my computer.
I have a Mac Book Pro (OS X Yosemite 10.10.3).
Is there a new version which solved this problem?
