Helicon Remote reporting camera connection fault on my laptop running Windows Vista. Working OK on my PC running Windows 10. Any suggestions?

Now working OK. Closed down laptop and tried Helicon Remote again this morning. Must have been something in the background interfering with communication between laptop and camera.
