Hi, I just updated my license from Focus Pro 1 to Focus Pro Unlimited, and was told to do the following to update my registration:

"Please press Registration button in the toolbar and enter activation code <number here>. There is no Registration button on the toolbar, or in the menus. The only thing that might be relevent is a menu item "Deactivate". (this registration code is the same as my original code, btw).
Your help in doing this update would be appreciated.

(I also have been unable to update to the latest version, even though my license is still active)

Please download and install the latest release of Helicon Focus and Helicon Remote: http://www.heliconsoft.com/software-downloads/

Then please open Helicon Focus / Remote menu->Help->Online registration..., and enter your activation code. The code is case sensitive.
