Can you add a possibility change a value adjustment brightness, like it is done on adjustment rotate and scale? Now brightness can be changes too strong, so some area of image are clipping. I would change the brightness about 1% or less.

Your images shouldn't have varying brightness in the first place. It will negatively affect the focus stacking result.

Of cause my image don't have a varying brightness, because I do my shots at home and use flash on manual mode. But, some fluctuations of brightness exist, because diaphragm can't close on the same value every time, and power of flash can change on very little value. So, some fluctuations of brightness exist, but they are so little, that i can't see it (but I see it, if i do timelapse). If I mark "adjust brightness" = true, the stacked image is more bright, than the sources. How do you think, I must mark "adjust brightness" = false for studio shots?

Yes, I think it should be turned off (set to false).
