Saving back to Lightroom

I am currently on my month's free trial of Helicon Focus (and am comparing it with the competition). One problem I am having with HF is that when I open a stack using the Lightroom Plugin and experiment with the different stacking methods (A, B and C) I am able to create three different output files within Helicon Focus, but apparently can only save one of them at a time back to Lightroom. When I save an output, Helicon Focus closes automatically and I am sent back to Lightroom. This means that I have to run the whole process twice again if I want to compare the results of the three methods within Lightroom. Is there any way round this problem? I note that Zerene Stacker allows multiple output files to be saved at one time.
