Are the Tetherpro USB cables compatible with HR? Running a nikon d5300 into a win 10 tablet but it won't connect, it connects with the standard nikon cable but its too short to be practicle...any thoughts / suggestions? Its a "TetherPro USB 2.0 A Male to Mini-B 8 Pin" cable.
If it won't work, any other compatible cables, at least 4-5' long?

No idea what that cable is. You need a cable that's exactly the same as the stock one, just longer. Be aware that the hard limit on USB cable length is 5 meters, but often problems start occurring way before that length.
