Hi,

I am struggling to get my Canon 80D to work with the IOS version of Helicon Remote. I did all the auto focus settings with the camera, etc. I can still not control the camera although it is connected.

After a minute or so I get an error message: Camera error (see attachment). Does anybody have an idea or a detailed step by step list? I did try to send an error report as well, but that does not work either.

You need a working Internet connection on the iOS device to send the report.

Try resetting the camera body settings.
